The instruments collected by Music Fund firstly need to be in a state in which they can be played. Of course, we would prefer to collect instruments in a perfect state, but we realize that this is an illusion. That is why we also accept slightly damaged instruments, which can be used as new after an expert restoration. The help of experts is not only called for to classify the instruments according to the "grade of damage" but also for the restoration. Experts are people with a broad knowledge of music instruments. They are musicians, music teachers but also instrument builders and restorers which help us on a voluntary basis and enable us to create a solid collection of instruments. Below, you will find a list of experts which help or have helped us regularly. We are very grateful to them all that they want to put their knowledge at our disposal to keep our project on the right track.
